Each missionary depends first on their relationship with God. They also rely on relationships with people like you-people led by God to be prayer supporters, financial partners, senders and co-workers.

God uses individuals like you, and a church like the one you are a part of, to provide for the financial needs of missionaries. NTM missionaries are not salaried, regardless of where they serve or the role they play. The mission recommends a support level according to a missionary's ministry, the size of their family, and the country where they serve. Donations go entirely to the ministry of the missionary designated by donors.

If you feel that the Lord would have you to be a part of church planting in this way please review the following information.

• Recommended Support

The recommended support for a couple with two children serving in Papua New Guinea is approximately $5,800 per month. This includes personal living expense, ministry expense (teaching materials, etc.), insurance, retirement, and more. A breakdown of the recommended support is available upon request.

In addition to regular monthly support, we are saving for our initial moving and house building expense. It is estimated that this will cost around $29,000. We have established an account for our "passage and outfitting" with our finance office in Sanford, FL. Any gifts for passage and outfitting should be clearly noted in the memo along with Acct. # 174706.

• How Can Donations Be Sent?

1. Check - Because of bank endorsement and IRS tax receipt rules, all support checks must be made payable to New Tribes Mission. Please be sure to note "Levi and Robyn Lenz, Acct. # 174706" in the memo. If the donation is for a one-time gift please clearly state the desired intent for the donation (ie. passage and outfitting, furlough expense, etc.). 2. Electric Funds Transfer (EFT) - This is the most efficient and cost-effective way for donors to support an NTM missionary or to make other regular contributions. Contact NTM's Finance Office - (407) 547-2345 - for details or go to www.ntm.org/give for an EFT form and instructions.
   • Tax-Deductible Gifts

   All gifts to NTM for support of its missionaries are tax-deductible. Personal gifts, marked "birthday, anniversary" etc. are receipted as non-tax-deductable and forwarded to the missionary.

• When Does the Missionary Receive the Monies?

Designated monies are credited to each missionary's account and receipts are sent to the donor. Monies are held until the end of the calendar month when the money is distributed to each missionary either directly (when serving in the USA or on home assignment) or through the accounting office on their overseas field of service.
